Heartland Conference Honor Awards Announced
The Heartland Conference is pleased to announce that 630 student-athletes from nine schools involved in the Heartland Conference have been awarded with an Academic Honor Award. The Heartland Conference awards academic awards based on the student-athletes GPA.
The student-athlete can be recognized with either the President's Award or the Commissioner's Award. In order to receive the President's Award the student-athlete must maintain a 3.5 GPA or higher, while an athlete that receives the Commissioner's Award has earned a 3.0 GPA or higher in the classroom.
